I believe in accountability and character.
The top law enforcement
officer should be held to the highest standards. Public trust is
earned, and the District Attorney must have the trust of the
victims, juries, and the public. There cannot be even a perception of a
double standard. A District Attorney must
always put forth the highest effort and believe in
the things he’s holding others accountable for.
As
District Attorney for your 4th Judicial District, I am continually working
to make our office one of fairness, efficacy, and pride. With severe
budget constraints, we are always searching to find ways to make our office
stronger and leaner, while continuing to be innovative and on the cutting
edge of law enforcement. Our attorneys, staff, and investigators are
dedicated to serving the citizens of El Paso and Teller Counties and take
pride in their work.
